What is the status of my backlog certificate request and when will I receive it?

The status and delivery time for your backlog certificate depend on your college or university's processing timelines. Typically, it takes about 7-8 working days for students who graduated within the last 10 years, and up to 15 days for those who graduated earlier.

If you have already applied, contact your institution’s examination or administrative department for an update. If you haven't applied yet, submit your request soon to avoid delays for your planned September 2026 intake.
