The IELTS exam fee in India for 2026 is ₹19,000 for both Academic and General Training tests. This applies to both computer-delivered and paper-based formats.
Paper-based IELTS is being discontinued after late June 2026, so computer-delivered tests will be the main option. An online (at-home) version of the Academic IELTS is also available, though its acceptance varies by country and institution and is subject to change.
