A conditional offer letter is a provisional admission from a university, given before you meet all requirements like your IELTS score. If you apply before receiving your IELTS results, many universities may still issue a conditional offer based on your academics, with the condition that you submit your English language proficiency score later.

Once you provide your IELTS results and meet the required band, the university will convert your offer to unconditional, which is necessary for visa processing and enrollment.

Each university sets its own conditions and deadlines. If you expect any delay in meeting them, contact the university admissions team immediately.
