For your master's applications to US universities for the September 2027 intake, you’ll typically need:

- Completed online application form for each university
- Academic transcripts and degree certificates (in English or with certified translations)
- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- 2 - 3 Letters of Recommendation from professors or employers
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- English language test scores (IELTS, TOEFL) unless waived
- Standardized test scores (GRE/GMAT, if required)
- Proof of financial resources (bank statements, loan sanction letters, or scholarship letters)
- Valid passport copy
- Application fee payment receipts
- Additional documents (portfolios, research proposals, or experience certificates, if required)

When to prepare:
Start researching and drafting documents from July 2026. Take tests and request recommendations by September - October 2026. Collect transcripts and financial proofs by November 2026, and aim to submit applications between November 2026 and January 2027.
