What details will appear on my IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) once I get my result?
An IELTS TRF lists the test type, centre number, test date, candidate number and details, personal details, your Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking scores, the overall band score with CEFR level, and a TRF number at the bottom right corner.
Your IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) contains your test, candidate and personal details along with your scores. The TRF number is printed in the bottom right corner.
Details on the TRF
| Item | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Test type | Academic or General Training |
| Centre number and date of test | Where and when you took the exam |
| Candidate details | Family name, first name, candidate number and candidate ID |
| Personal details | Date of birth, gender, scheme code, country and first language |

| TRF number | Bottom right corner of the form |
Getting Your eTRF
The TRF is now an eTRF that can be downloaded online. Log in through the candidate login on the official IELTS website for your test provider, open your result, click View eTRF under the Declared Result column, and then print or download it. Candidates usually receive only one TRF, except those applying for certain immigration purposes.
My Advice
Download your eTRF as soon as results are declared and check every detail, especially your name and candidate number. Rules can change, so confirm the process on the official page of your test provider.
