UAE Student visa - Refusal & reapplying

A UAE student residence visa is generally cancelled when the student graduates (timing depends on the sponsor), withdraws from the university, transfers to another institution, or permanently leaves the UAE. In most cases, the sponsoring university manages the cancellation process, so you should complete all visa formalities before you depart.

A previous Australian visa rejection will not automatically cause your Dubai visa to be denied, since Australia and the UAE run completely independent visa systems. The real impact depends on why you were refused: document errors matter little, but identity or fraud flags carry a high rejection risk.
