Is there a refund of fees if IELTS is not cleared or visa is rejected?
It depends.
- IELTS test fee: Failing the IELTS does not qualify for a refund. Refunds are typically only available if you cancel your test in advance (usually 14+ days before), or in special cases like medical emergencies.
- University tuition deposit: Most universities offer a full refund of your tuition deposit if your visa is refused, but you must provide the official visa refusal letter and submit your refund request within the university's stated time frame. Some deposits are non-refundable unless specific conditions are met.
