Is the MIM program suitable for someone with less than 3-4 years of work experience, or should I apply for an MBA?

A Master in Management (MiM) is generally the better choice if you have less than 3-4 years of work experience. MiM programs are designed for early-career professionals or recent graduates and focus on building foundational management skills.

MBA programs usually require 3-5 years or more of work experience and are aimed at those seeking mid to senior management roles. With less experience, it can be harder to gain admission to top MBA programs or fully benefit from their advanced curriculum.

If you gain more work experience in the future, you can always consider an MBA later to advance your career further.
