Core LeapScholar counselling is 100% free, covering profile evaluation, university shortlisting, application guidance and visa support at no cost. Test preparation courses and other premium tools are separately priced and clearly marked before purchase, so nothing paid gets charged without the student seeing the price first.
The word free applies specifically to counselling, not to the platform as a whole, and most complaints about hidden costs trace back to this distinction being unclear upfront rather than to any actual undisclosed charge.
