No, full-time work is generally not permitted during your PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) course in either New Zealand or India.

- In New Zealand, student visa holders can work up to 25 hours/week during studies and full-time only during scheduled breaks. After completing your PGDM, you may be eligible for a post-study work visa (subject to change), which allows full-time work.
- In India, full-time PGDM programs expect students to focus on coursework, and working full-time during the course is not allowed. Full-time employment is permitted only after graduation.
