If I do not have a completed bachelor's degree, do I need to appear for the bachelor's degree again to be eligible for a master's program?

No, you do not need to repeat your entire bachelor's degree to be eligible for a master's program abroad.

You must complete the remaining courses or clear any pending exams to finish your bachelor's degree. Once you have officially completed your bachelor's, you will be eligible to apply for master's programs.
