It depends on your study level and when your Lithuanian Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) is issued.
- First- and Second-Year Bachelor's students: With a TRP issued on or after May 22, 2026, you can work up to 20 hours per week during semesters.
- Master's students (and third-/fourth-year Bachelor's): With a TRP issued on or after May 22, 2026, you can work up to 40 hours per week during semesters.
During official holidays or semester breaks, you can work full-time regardless of your year.
These rules are for non-EU students and are subject to change.
