You need to provide bank statements for the last 3 months when applying for a New Zealand student visa. The statements should be recent (no older than two weeks at the time of application) and clearly show your name, account number, and transaction history.

If your bank account shows large or unusual deposits, you must explain their source. Provide supporting documents such as payslips, employer letters, business registration, or income tax returns to prove these funds are legitimate and genuinely available.
