How does applying with APS after the seventh semester only work? Do I need to apply again with the eighth semester and degree?
You cannot apply for the APS (Akademische Prüfstelle) certificate with only your 7th-semester results. The APS requires your entire academic qualification to be completed, which means you must have your final (8th semester) results and degree certificate before applying.
Once you have completed your degree and received the APS certificate, you can apply to German universities. If you apply before completing your degree, you will need to reapply with your final documents for the next intake.
