Do I need to provide my passport for university applications, and can I provide a passport application screenshot instead?
Yes, you need to provide a clear, color copy of your passport's biographical page for university applications abroad. A screenshot of your passport application is not accepted, as it does not confirm you have an official passport.
Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your intended arrival date. Some universities may also request copies of all pages, including visa and stamp pages.
If you do not have a passport yet, obtain one before applying.
