Can I take a two-year drop after my bachelor's degree before applying for a master's abroad?

If the gap period does not include any academic, professional, or skill-building activity, it may weaken your overall profile for both admissions and visa applications; an unexplained gap can become a concern for both universities and visa officers. A gap is viewed positively only if you have used that time productively to gain full-time work experience, or work on internships, research, certifications, or some skill development activity.
