Can I know in advance if I will get a scholarship from a university?

In some cases, yes. Certain universities have automatic merit-based scholarships where eligibility can be estimated based on your academics, IELTS score, work experience, or overall profile. For example, universities may clearly mention that students above a particular CGPA receive a certain scholarship amount.
However, many scholarships are competitive and reviewed holistically, so there is never a complete guarantee until the university officially issues the scholarship decision along with or after the offer letter.
