What are the common eligibility criteria for scholarships available for special education master's programs in countries like Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Austria, the UK, and the UAE?
→Special education is rarely its own scholarship category across these six countries. You instead apply for a general master's scholarship attached to an eligible programme, and eligibility differs sharply by country, from Poland's nationality-restricted Banach NAWA award to UK Chevening's 2,800 hours of post-undergraduate work experience.
