Are there any MBA or management programs that offer a specialization in electrical engineering?

No mainstream MBA offers electrical engineering as a standard concentration the way it offers finance or marketing, but several universities solve the same problem through a dual or concurrent degree structure instead.

Dual MBA Plus Electrical Engineering Degrees

• Stanford University: MS Electrical Engineering and MBA run together across roughly 3 years and 9 quarters, combining 45 EE units with 84 MBA units.
• Arizona State University: a concurrent MBA plus MSE Electrical Engineering, available both online and in person, with EE tracks including power and energy, control systems and communications.
• UT Dallas and Stevens Institute of Technology: both run a combined MSEE and MBA aimed specifically at engineers moving into technology management and leadership.

India-Specific Option for the Power Sector

The National Power Training Institute, under India's Ministry of Power, runs an MBA in Power Management that combines management coursework with power-sector subjects, and accepts CAT, GMAT, CUET, XAT, CMAT or MAT scores. This is a narrower, sector-specific route compared to the US dual-degree programs and suits someone targeting utilities, transmission or energy-sector management specifically rather than broad technology leadership.

My Advice

If you already hold a BTech or BE in Electrical Engineering, separate your options into three buckets before applying: a dual MBA plus EE degree if you want to stay technically deep while adding management, an MBA in Power or Energy Management if the electricity sector specifically is the goal, or a broader MBA with an Engineering Management concentration if you want management skills without committing to further advanced EE coursework.
