After IELTS preparation, where do I send my IELTS score and whom do I inform?
Once your IELTS result is released, you send your official Test Report Form to the universities, immigration authorities, or employers who require it, usually through electronic delivery. You should also inform the admissions or international office of your target institution and check your test centre portal to request dispatch.
Once you finish your IELTS preparation and sit the test, your next job is making sure the right people actually receive your official score. You have a couple of delivery methods and two groups you need to inform along the way.

Who You Need To Inform
You must inform the admissions or international office of the institution you are applying to that your scores are on the way, and check their admissions webpage for their preferred delivery method. You also need to log into your test centre account, through the an official test centre or an official test centre portal depending on where you registered, to request the score dispatch.
My Advice
You can usually send your scores to up to 5 organisations for free during or shortly after registration, so use that free allowance wisely, and never send a screenshot or self printed PDF unless the university explicitly states it accepts unofficial copies for initial review.
