Applicants need ABB in A levels, including Spanish. Other acceptable qualifications include 30 Level 3 credits at Distinction plus 15 at Merit in the Access to HE Diploma, and 32 IB points with 16 from the best three HL subjects including 6 in Spanish HL. For BTEC, a DDM grade is accepted alongside B in Spanish A level. The course also requires an IELTS score of 6.5 overall with at least 5.5 in each component. Specific language proficiency levels are also stipulated, excluding Level B2 or above speakers of Spanish or Italian.
