BBA Management and Strategic Leadership, Ohio University

The Management and Strategic Leadership major is designed to prepare students to become energetic and capable leaders in dynamic, competitive business environments. The program emphasizes a solid foundation of knowledge and personal capabilities essential for lifelong professional growth in business leadership. It incorporates a variety of developmental experiences outside traditional classroom learning, such as community service, leadership and emotional intelligence assessments, case analyses, research projects, team-based activities, and guest speakers. The program strongly focuses on improving written and oral communication skills, teamwork, and personal initiative, ensuring students develop the key skills needed for success at all levels of enterprise responsibility.
