Housing options provided are:
On Main Street, Monroe's newest building is called Gaddy Hall. This six-story mixed-use structure houses 300 students on-campus and bears James Gaddy's name, a former superintendent of New Rochelle Schools and a longstanding trustee of Monroe. The main dining hall for students to eat breakfast, lunch, supper, and late-night meals is Gaddy Café, which is situated on the first level and was inaugurated in February 2016. Several options are available to students, including a variety of delectable pizzas, pasta, salads, and more. Seven classrooms, a patio outside, and administrative and faculty offices are also located on the lower floors.
A short distance from the classroom on Main Street is Allison Hall, a six-story housing complex. Each student's room in Allison Hall has a twin bed and mattress, a chest of drawers, and an armoire. A mini refrigerator and television with a basic cable connection are provided in each bedroom. There are no kitchens or kitchenettes in Allison Hall. Thus, all occupants are required to be on the meal plan. The flat has a bathroom and central air conditioning. Every level features a common space with cable TV accessible to students at all hours of the day and night for study and socialising. The building also offers a laundry room, computer lounge, and fitness center. Safety is offered consistently.
Apartment-style dorms are available at Monroe College in the heart of New Rochelle, just steps from the academic building. Apartments provide double or triple bedrooms and full kitchens with a refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, cabinets, and dining table and chairs. A common space with a couch, chairs, coffee table, and television with basic cable is a feature of every apartment. The bedrooms are outfitted with a twin bed, a chest of drawers, and an armoire in spaces without a closet.
