BSc in Mathematics with Economics with a Year in Industry, University of Exeter

This undergraduate course combines mathematics with economics, taught through a partnership between Exeter’s Mathematics department and The University of Exeter’s triple-accredited Business School. It covers modern economic topics like inflation, monopoly control, developing countries' economies, and multinational finance. Students have the opportunity to extend their degree by spending a ‘Year in Industry’ at leading companies such as Lloyds Banking Group, Coca-Cola, Met Office, and PwC. The programme does not require previous study of Economics, making it accessible for students from diverse academic backgrounds who are interested in both quantitative analysis and economic principles.
