Applicants need a minimum of six subjects in the Leaving Certificate, including at least two H5 grades, with a minimum grade of O6/H7 in Irish or English. They also require at least an H4 in Art, Construction Studies, Design & Communication Graphics, Engineering, or Technology. For QQI/FET applicants, a full Level 6 award or a Level 5 award with distinctions in five modules is needed. Mature students (23+) are welcome, and English proficiency must meet a minimum IELTS score of 6 overall with no component less than 6.
