Postgraduate Eligibility Requirements
The criteria for postgraduate courses may vary from one to the next. The majority of the eligibility criteria are the same for both domestic and international candidates. For all of the courses, resumes are required.
Indian Students' Country-Specific Requirements
Students must have passed the CBSE, CISCE, or individual state boards' Class 12 or Standard XII board examinations. Final Grade XI and Grade XII mark sheets will be required for admission.
Students must mention the courses they are currently taking as well as the grades they received in in-progress or mid-term subjects when submitting these mark sheets. Indian students are encouraged to provide a copy of their admit card to the university's official website.

As a teacher candidate, you should participate in three field experience placements, totalling at least 80 days of observation and teaching experience. You must gradually gain responsibility for teaching lessons under the supervision of an experienced practical instructor.

- First-year students can get guaranteed housing
- Three halls make up the Simcoe Village residence: The three halls are Central, South, and North
- The South Village requires students to purchase a meal plan
- The University of Ontario Institute of Technology provides a comfortable residential environment that includes the following amenities:
- Security is provided around the clock
- Building access is restricted
- Lounges with furniture
- A game room, a meeting room, and general study places are also available
- Individually regulated heating and cooling
- Every two weeks, do some light housekeeping
- A cinema room featuring a big-screen television and theatre-style seating

Off-Campus Accommodation
Off-campus facilities include fully furnished apartments, with the average monthly rent between 600 and 700 CAD.
- Studio flats, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, and shared apartments are also available
- The flats are fully equipped with free high-speed internet access and central air conditioning
- Modern suite elements with fully equipped kitchens, including new appliances and dishwashers, make up the student quarters
- A one-year lease is required
