For students, UCM has five apartment complexes on campus (Todd, Foster-Knox, and Nickerson) and near campus (Todd, Foster-Knox, and Nickerson) (Greenwood Park and Central Village).
On-campus housing is furnished, however off-campus housing is not. Rent is charged to student accounts at the beginning of each semester. Because campus-affiliated housing is first-come, first-served, we encourage making top choices to ensure housing.

If residing in campus dorms, each student must pay a deposit (deposits vary by apartment), a portion of which is refundable at the end of the contract. You will not be allowed to check into UCM housing until all paperwork has been completed.

You have three possibilities as an international student at UCM for housing:

• Residence Halls
• Off-campus lodging
