Neighborhood Improvement Suggestions

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter in response to counsil's request for ideas to deploy funds in my vicinity. I really appreciate this move of council to seek residents views for this noble cause. To start with, first priority of council should be to invest in the healthcare sector. The current council hospital lacks modern testing equipment, for which we have to go to other city. in addition, we need to add few playing or recreational infrastructure for children. The current facility is always full of pupils and they have to wait a lot longer for respective turns. Moreover, the some very busy roads also need re-layering of surface as there are potholes which is a perenial issue for elderly citizens. I would be glad to offer my helping hand in this novel initiative. I am a civil engineer by profession and it would be my pleasure to pinpoint the ways and means for road resurfacing. Dear Sir or Madam, I, Dr. Puneet Sharma, am staying in the urban estate area of Hisar. This areas comes under your council, I was alarmed by my neighbour that you are planning to invest funds in the neighbourhood and have asked for the public's opinion. I would like to share my opinion on the correct usage of these funds in the neighbourhood, people from outside throw garbage in and around our area, so dusbins need to be installed in order to keep the neighbourhood clean. Sweepers should be hired and paid appreciable amount so that the area remains clean. There is an open field inbetween our estate area, which is being used for the disposable of garbage by the local community. In addition to cleaning of this open field area, It can easily be converted into a garden. I am a working ophthalmologist, am I have a passion for gardening, so I can share my experience and insights of gardening including plantation of herbs and fragrant flowers. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to let you know how thankful I am for the recent fund allocation you have planned in the locality. Since the local community is facing many challenges in meeting the daily requirements, the local council's decision to accommodate the changes by investing money is a thrilling experience because, at the right time, the people need this. The entire community is proud of this initiative and the humbleness that you provide to implement this duty. Although there are many issues at present, road lights need to be rectified as the initial step which ensures get light during the night time, especially for the people who are working in late night shift. Besides that, the money could be spent on other innovative areas like healthcare, and educational institutions for the well-beingness of the pupils. As I am chairman of my local community, it would be a pleasure to share a few amounts to this initiative and this would be a good idea to collect money from other members of my region. Dear Sir or Madam, I am a residient of Victora Street, and writing you this letter for some valuable recommendations if you can consider, so that refurbishment along with some improvements in our adjoining locality can occur. To begin with, I would like to thankyou to ask for genuine suggestions from the people living in this area, as it has never happened before. We all are very grateful for your efforts and ideology. Moving on, I have some key points which needs your attention. Firstly, drainage needs to be improved as whenever it rains severe water clogging is observed. Secondly, a small park with an open air gym and some swings is required as their is no play area for the kids. Thirdly, some kiosks can be incorporated for some basic ammenities of day to day life like vegetables , medicines etc. as the markets otherwise are very far located. I am happy to volunteer in administering any work on weekends because it is generally off for me. Also, I know some of the contractors who are always ready to provide material at a subsidised cost for public welfare work if that can be of any help to you.
