Japan is offering an amazing opportunity for students who want to work and gain knowledge from the leading entrepreneurs, leaders, and pathbreakers in the world. Japan is one of the most vibrant places for students to immerse in the culture and actively participate in the projects offered.

The Awaji Youth Federation’s Manabi no Sato residence in Awaji Island, Japan, is the site of the nine-month AYF Fellowship. In a multicultural setting that represents the requirements of the Japanese business and the opportunities that come with a freely structured and dynamic “learning by doing structure,” it offers chosen Fellows the chance to push themselves and develop their unique skills.

Under the auspices of the Pasona Group and motivated by the motto “Turning your Imagination into Action,” AYF strives to find long-term solutions to societal issues. On Japan’s Awaji Island, a highly localised regional community has an excellent opportunity to benefit from the unique global viewpoint that AYF Fellows can offer.
