On-campus facilities include four residential buildings: Arthur V. Mauro Residence, Mary Speechly Hall, Pembina Hall, and University College Residence. Over 1,350 students each year avail the benefits of the university experience in its different residences with its unique atmosphere and facilities.

• Communities close to Fort Garry include University Heights, Fort Richmond, Richmond West, and others.
• Winnipeg offers different housing options including apartments, homes, or condominiums for rent and lease.
• Properties within 8 km of campus (food plus utilities) will cost around 342 to 908 CAD.
