They will provide you with the necessary documents to obtain your visa. While it’s your responsibility to apply for the visa through a local German consulate, the Max Planck Institute will assist by covering the Visa Fees if required.

• Select the mentor under whom you’d like to work (optional).

For internship from May to August 2024:
Submit your application by November 1, 2023.

If you’re applying for an internship at any other time of the year, ensure to submit your application at least 5 months before your desired starting date.
