In collaboration with Unite Students, Aston offers award-winning housing on their small, friendly campus.
Its Student Village is guaranteed to all incoming undergraduate students who match their standards. Off-campus housing is arranged by Aston Students, who will assist you in finding approved renting places throughout the city.

First Year Guaranteed Accommodation

When applying for first-year housing at Aston in 2022/23, you can choose between a room in a 5-bed or 7-bed flat. These flats are divided into three buildings, each with similar amenities and close access to Aston University's main building and other campus amenities.

While they make every effort to satisfy everyone's preferences, due to limited availability, the allocations team cannot promise that you will receive the building of your choice.
