There are 11 residence halls, 2 apartments, and 4 on-campus homes at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Contact the Office of Accessibility Services if a student needs housing modifications due to an accessibility necessity (ODS).

• For nearly 2,400 residential students, the university provides a range of housing options, from conventional to apartment and suite-style setups
• Access to data network services is available, and the rooms are fully furnished
• Everyone can eat there, whether they are a vegetarian, a meat-eater, a vegan, etc
• For the use of the students, there is an international house office
• The university assists in finding suitable lodging in the USA near the campus area, but is not liable for any leases or other agreements between students and landlords or for the consequences of any off-campus student housing arrangements

Off-Campus Accommodation

• The average monthly rent is between USD 600 and USD 700
• Studio flats, 3 bedroom apartments, 4 bedroom apartments, and shared apartments are also available
• Each of the student apartments is well-equipped with desirable facilities such as a full-size washer and dryer, walk-in closets, and independently controlled heat and air
