On-Campus Accommodation:

Undergraduate:

For first-year students at Chapman, on-Campus housing is necessary. Three pupils are typically housed in each room during the first year. Mid-May is the cutoff date for housing applications.

For first-year (freshmen) students, the residence halls are:

• Henley Hall
• Morlan Hall
• Pralle-Sodaro Hall
• Glass Hall
• Sandhu Residence Center

Graduate:

For graduate and law students, Chapman University only has a small amount of accommodation accessible. A Graduate and Law Student Housing Request Form should be filled out by students who are interested in residing on university campuses. Although the university cannot promise accommodation for students, if it can, it will let them know as early as late May or early June.

Off-Campus Accommodation:

Just a few blocks from the main campus, there are numerous off-campus housing possibilities. The students have the option of choosing between apartment complexes or renting a room, guest suite, or whole house. Any off-campus lodging that a student chooses must undergo a security check. They must also get ready for the extra costs and amenities provided by off-campus accommodation. Since accommodations are provided under contract, it is advised to conduct extensive research before making a sizable investment in uncharted territory.
