First-year guarantee and Application
If they are eligible and submit their application by the deadline, all first-year students who choose Imperial as their top choice will be guaranteed a spot in College housing.

Rent 
Utility costs, internet access, basic contents insurance, maintenance, community cleaning, and a donation to your hall's activity fund are all included in your rent. Because your housing fees are paid on a term basis, it's simple to keep track of what has to be paid and when.

Security

All of the halls are equipped with security cameras and swipe card or fob entry systems. They also have manned security offices open 24 hours a day for on-campus housing, as well as mobile patrols for other halls.

Imperial has also implemented stringent fire safety procedures in all of its student housing.
