On-Campus Accommodation

On-campus housing is available.

• All students have access to on-campus housing at the university.
• Specialty housing is available in residence halls, such as a gourmet floor, a sports pride level, an artists floor, and wellness spaces that encourage holistic health. Rooms for tourists and commuting students that need an overnight stay are offered, as well as handicapped accessible rooms. Housing is guaranteed for all first-year students.
• The majority of the rooms are doubles, with a few quadruples, singles, and triples thrown in for good measure.
• Each accommodation has free Wifi and high-speed internet access across the campus.
• Online streaming from Xfinity
• Laundry facilities, student kitchens, TV lounges, pianos, study rooms, a multi-faith prayer space, and a computer lab are among the other amenities.
• The cost of the dining service is included in the accommodation rate.

Off-Campus Accommodation

Off-campus housing is available.

• The average monthly rent is between 1050 and 1150 dollars.
• Studio apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and communal apartments are among the residential types.
• On-site laundry and washer/dryer connections are among the amenities.
• Electric, water, cable, trash, and recycling are all included in the rent.
• In most flats, towels and bed linen are included in the rent, as well as a free monthly cleaning service.
