Cardiff Metropolitan University

The University is well known for art & design. A National Indoor Athletics Centre complements Sports at Cardiff, with around 15 alumni competing in the 2012 London Olympics. Adding to that, Cardiff Metropolitan constantly performs well in the UK Student Satisfaction survey and has been rated top in the UK for student experience, student support, and living experience in the past.

International undergraduate and postgraduate aspirants can apply directly to the university using its International Student Application Form. International undergraduate applicants can also apply through the UCAS portal.

CMU promotes a rich and diverse culture and invites applications from students all over the world. Cardiff Met has around 11,000 students in total. Out of these, around 1,200 students are international students.

The general deadlines for international undergraduate and postgraduate applicants are Fall - Early-August Spring - Mid-November

The minimum GPA requirements for Indian applicants are listed below: Foundation Courses - The equivalent of 5 GCSEs (Grade C and above), including Maths and English Undergraduate courses - Students with good grades in their Higher Secondary School Certificates - Indian School Certificate (ISC) / Intermediate Certificate / Higher School Certificate / Higher Secondary Certificate / All India Senior School Certificate (AISSC)/ Pre-University Course - awarded on completion of Class 12th Postgraduate courses - Students with the following qualifications from a recognised institution in India: Bachelor of Arts / Science (Honours / Special degree) OR Bachelor of Arts / Science / Commerce Bachelor's degree in professional subjects OR Bachelor of Science (Engineering) OR Bachelor of Engineering / Technology OR Bachelor of Law (LLB) OR Bachelor of Education (4-year integrated programme) Master of Engineering or Technology OR Master of Philosophy OR Master's degree OR Post-graduate Diploma in Management OR Master of Arts / Science / Commerce OR Postgraduate Diploma OR students with a Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution in the UK.
