Culinary Courses In Canada 2023 - Eligibility, Fees & Process For Indian Students

Culinary Institute of Canada, Holland College

The institute offers a variety of courses in fields like culinary arts, pastry arts, and hospitality management. The courses offered are designed in such a way that the student has the skills to manage an exclusive à la carte restaurant or be an expert in the multi-cuisine industry. 

The diploma in culinary arts is a two-year program with a focus on hands-on training rather than imparting textbook knowledge. A typical classroom will include a dining room, a cookhouse, and a lounge. 

Eligibility Criteria

The admission requirements for the diploma program include grade 12 graduation and a resume highlighting relevant experience (if any) in the culinary field.

Tuition Fee

An international applicant needs to spend around CAD 35000 as a tuition fee for two years apart from other expenses.
