Campus Life

Housing at DBU

Dallas Baptist University aspires to provide outstanding on-campus living as one of the main components of the educational experience by offering many housing alternatives to help students adapt to life on their own. Living on campus versus living off campus has been shown to have a significant impact on the student experience.

Students can learn about many cultures and participate in Christ-centered service, activities, and living-learning experiences while being surrounded by a friendly, encouraging staff and community. On-campus living at DBU strives to promote a student's full growth academically, socially, physically, and spiritually. First-year students begin their academic careers in the Residence Halls, and as they progress in their studies and independence, upperclassmen have more accommodation alternatives in the Colonial Village apartments.
