Requirements for Admission For admission to Briar Cliff University as an undergraduate for the next semester, all prospective freshmen, continuing education, and transfer students must complete the following requirements.

  • A minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.0 is required for graduation from an approved high school or the GED equivalent.
  • A minimum composite score of 18 on the American College Test (ACT) or 960 on the Scholastic Aptitude Test is required (SAT). The ACT's writing section is optional. If the student has been out of high school for five years or more, this requirement is waived.
