Off-Campus Accommodation
For students who want to be closer to the college but don't want to live on campus, there is a range of housing options. If you need help getting started on your search for off-campus housing, check out the resources below for advice and assistance. If you want to live off-campus, you should be aware that the City of Oshawa passed a bylaw in 2008 requiring the registration of residential houses used for rental purposes within a defined catchment area.
You should be aware of the bylaw, what it means to you, and what your responsibilities are as a renter. The City of Oshawa provides information on the bylaw as well as answers to often-asked issues.
