The following are the conditions for admission to postgraduate diploma programmes:

A high school diploma or equivalent from a recognised government institution in the candidate's home country is required.
A minimum age of 19 is required.
Proof of English language ability in the form of an IELTS, TOEFL, or other equivalent test score is required.
In class, have and use a personal computer.
