On-Campus Accommodation
The Office of Residence Life and Campus Housing encourages academic accomplishment, personal growth, and responsible citizenship by providing a secure, comfortable, and inclusive residential community.
Living on-campus
You'll spend late evenings here learning, making new friends, and having a great time.
The majority of first-year students are assigned to traditional halls. Upper-level students have a variety of housing options to choose from, including classic halls, suites, apartments, and houses. The institution provides these to encourage personal development and independence.
Residence Halls
York Institution is a four-year residential college in Pennsylvania. As a result, unless they are enrolled as a commuting student, juniors, sophomores, and seniors must live on campus in their first year. This covers readmitted and transfer students. Commuters are students who live at their legal residence and commute from their parent's or guardian's house within a 35-mile radius of the campus.
