All freshmen who get admission to the St. Louis campus must live on campus for the first two years. Similarly, undergraduate international transfer students must live on the campus for their first year. Studying abroad, students can live in on-campus housing.

• West Hall, Maria Hall, East Hall, and Webster Village Apartments are the university's four residence halls
• All of the residence halls are within walking distance of the main campus

• The average monthly rent is between 550 and 750 dollars
• Studio flats, 3 bedroom apartments, 4 bedroom apartments, and shared apartments are also available
• Most flats have stoves, refrigerators/freezers, dishwashers, and other standard household appliances
• The homes are within walking distance of the bus stop and provide a diverse range of shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities to cater to all tastes
