Victory Institute

Undergraduate students of all genders, orientations, abilities, ethnicities and political affiliations are welcome to apply for the Victory Congressional Internship. Women, people of colour, trans people, persons with disabilities, and people from low-income families are all urged to apply. 

• To be eligible, you must be LGBTQ+.
• U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or work permit holder (Foreign students with F-1 visas are not eligible)
• Before arriving in Washington, D.C., you must be 18 years old.
• By the start of the programme, students who are currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree programme will have completed at least one year. Participants in the summer programme must have at least one full semester left after the programme ends (i.e., students who graduate before or during the summer programme are not eligible); spring and fall programme participants must not graduate before the programme ends.
• Applicants from a variety of fields are welcome to apply.
• Active involvement in public and/or community service projects

Note: “allies” of the LGBTQ community do not qualify.
