University of Southern Indiana

Complete our online application for admission to the University of Southern Indiana. A $40 application fee is required.

Each freshman candidate is assessed individually based on the following aspects of his or her high school transcript:
three to four years of laboratory science four years of English
social studies for three years
mathematics for three to four years
USI prefers students to complete Core 40 requirements if they graduated from an Indiana approved high school.
GPA cumulative, with a minimum of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale preferred.

Standardized Test Scores: Starting in the fall of 2021, USI will allow students to choose whether or not to submit standardised test scores as part of their application. We will superscore and select the best score from each part for a final score if students wish to submit SAT or ACT scores. Even if a student is homeschooled or attends a high school that does not offer traditional grades, SAT or ACT scores must be submitted. Learn more about the test-optional admission programme at USI.

Extracurricular activities and counsellor recommendations are also taken into account by undergraduate admissions. You will receive complete information regarding orientation, registration, and lodging once you have been accepted to USI.
