During their second year of study, a large number of our residential students apply for fellowship positions. After graduation, many students choose jobs, however many also accept fellowship posts. For recent residential MHA graduates in the United States, the typical fellowship pay ranges from $45,000 to $70,000 annually. This changes based on the geographical location, size of the organisation, and extent of the tasks and obligations.
