• All of the studios and apartments are within walking distance of either the University of Dayton or Wright State University
• The average monthly cost is between USD 550 and USD 850
• The rent does not include meals
• Apartments with numerous beds, as well as shared and single-room options, are available
• Furnished rooms, kitchen (dishwasher and microwave), central air, full-size washer and dryer, and common space are among the amenities
