The University of Connecticut (UConn) believes on-campus housing to be an important and fundamental aspect of its students' overall education. The Residency Requirement was created after careful study.
For the academic year 2021-2022, all undergraduate first-time freshmen and undergraduate international freshmen admitted to the Storrs campus for the fall and spring semesters must live on campus.

Off Campus Accommodation

The average monthly rent is between 750 and 950 dollars.
Studio apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and communal apartments are among the residential types.
A laundry facility, internet access, bike parking, and other amenities are available in the student homes.
The apartments are in a great location, only 4 miles from retail malls, grocery stores, and other local businesses.
