UC's university housing facility includes residential halls for more than 80% of the freshman students and more than 300 campus organizations and activities to get involved. Princeton Reviews has named the University of Cincinnati as a Green College due to its conscious sustainability approach. The university is spread across 476 acres and has four campuses - the main campus, Clifton Heights medical campus, and Blue Ash and Clermont branches.
On Campus Accommodation
All students, both undergraduate and graduate, have access to university housing.
UG students live in one of the ten residence halls, while PG students live in Bellevue Gardens University's residence halls. The university also offers reasonable meal plans to those students living in residence halls.

Off-Campus Accommodation
The average monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment is USD 700-800, for a two-bedroom apartment is USD 900-1000, for a three-bedroom apartment is USD 950-1050, and for a four-bedroom apartment is USD 750-850.
Students can choose from one to four-bedroom flats.
Wifi, laundry, cable, water, electricity, and other amenities are available.
The units are mostly fully equipped.
